Timothy Clark handcrafts all his furniture in his shop
in Waltham, Vermont. A member of the Guild of Vermont Furniture
Makers, Clark selects only native hardwoods and employs traditional
building techniques to create his pieces so that they will be as
durable as they are elegantly beautiful.
Timothy Clark began making furniture professionally in 1986, soon
after graduating from college. His website explains that he comes
from a family of woodworkers and designers, and, in fact, he uses
his great-grandfather’s workbench in his shop. A visit to Tim’s shop
or site will reveal finely crafted Windsor chairs and other
furniture whose simple lines will make them complement the most
traditional or contemporary of settings. You can also see how others
have used his pieces by reading the testimonials on his site.
